Job summary

Dash Bio is seeking a Senior / Principal Product Designer to drive the user experience across our growing digital ecosystem. You will own the design of client portals, dashboards, and lab-automation interfaces, bridging product strategy, design, and engineering to deliver trusted software.

You will prototype high-fidelity designs, design complex data visualizations, and evolve our design system for scalable collaboration with engineering and branding teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in product design and UI/UX for B2B SaaS.
• Portfolio with data-rich enterprise apps.
• Frontend development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX for client-facing web apps from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Create interactive mock-ups and prototypes; iterate with stakeholders.
• Design complex data visualizations for bioanalytical results.
• Own design system and component library for consistency.
• Partner with engineering on complex UI challenges.
• Perform design QA and reviews of implementations.
• Coordinate with external brand agency and marketing assets.
