Job summary

GlobalPoint is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UI Focus) to lead end-to-end design for Reston-based hybrid teams. You will shape data-heavy dashboards, craft accessible interfaces, and drive design systems adoption across products.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, conduct user research and usability testing, mentor junior designers, and advocate for user-centered solutions in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of Product Design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing UX and UI expertise is mandatory (portfolio link).
• Experience with responsive web applications.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design from discovery through delivery.
• Design modern, intuitive, accessible experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers.
• Contribute to and maintain Design Systems.
• Design responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Present design concepts and influence product strategy.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in design reviews.
