Job summary

Atom Matrix Innovation LLC in San Francisco is seeking an experienced product designer who can turn high-stakes information into clear actions. You’ll shape the end-to-end experience across the console, analytics, and communications flows, collaborating with product and engineering to keep the design coherent as the product grows.

You’ll own major design areas, turn ambiguous problems into clear flows for agents, approvals, and analytics, prototype with operators, and help grow a design system

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing software products, with a portfolio showing depth on complex, data-rich tools.
• Strong interaction and visual craft from concept to finished UI.
• Experience designing for technical or operational users, not just consumer surfaces.
• Collaborates with engineers to ensure ships match intent and edge cases.
• Experience with dashboards, admin tools, or developer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own design for major product areas, from early research through shipped UI.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear flows around agents, approvals, citations, and analytics.
• Prototype and test with real operators and let findings drive design changes.
• Partner with engineering to ensure implementation matches design intent.
• Grow and maintain the design system and product-wide consistency.
