Our platform provides end-to-end prescription management and delivery, connecting patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers to improve access to medicine and foster innovation in healthcare.

Position Overview
We seek a Principal Product Designer with expertise in designing complex systems, focusing on internal tools and operational workflows critical to our prescription fulfillment process. This role offers high ownership, reporting to the Head of Design, and requires independent end-to-end design capabilities, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

1. Own the user experience for internal operational tools, mapping workflows and designing scalable interactions.
2. Lead end-to-end design processes from discovery to final specifications.
3. Conduct user research to inform and validate designs.
4. Create high-fidelity designs with attention to motion, behavior, and responsiveness.
5. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align on goals and constraints.
6. Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions for team alignment.
7. Develop and scale internal design systems for growing complexity.
8. Mentor peers, advocate for design quality, and shape team culture.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of product design experience, with 3+ at a senior or lead level.
2. Experience designing complex tools for internal or operational use.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, systems thinking, and research.
4. Advanced user research skills.
5. Ability to handle ambiguous problems and deliver impactful solutions.
6. Deep understanding of interaction design, IA, and UX writing.
7. Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
8. Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions clearly.
