As a Principal Designer, you will lead innovative software design efforts that enhance real estate processes for agents and brokers, combining aesthetic appeal with functionality and profitability.

Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership: Develop design concepts aligned with company vision and market trends. Guide design decisions, lead brainstorming sessions, and foster creativity within the team.
2. Design Excellence: Manage multiple projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partners, translate needs into design solutions, and communicate progress effectively.
4. Mentorship: Guide junior designers, promote continuous learning, and keep the team updated on design trends and techniques.
5. UX Research: Work with UX research teams to incorporate user insights into designs, advocating for user-centered principles.
6. Design Operations (DesignOps): Develop strategies to streamline workflows, select appropriate tools, and establish KPIs for design impact.

Qualifications
