Hydrolix is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Security, to own our security market PMM work from insight to post-launch review. You will draft first drafts, build battlecards, and run training sessions.

You will define the security market strategy, craft messaging, and maintain competitive intelligence. You will collaborate with product, sales, and partners to ensure cohesive go-to-market and successful launches.

Competenze

• Prior experience as a Principal PMM (or equivalent) with some focus in Security.
• Startup experience: messaging, launches, enablement at a startup or scale-up without a specialist team.

Mansioni

• Define security market strategy, ICP, segments, and personas.
• Build positioning to fit with SIEM and security data stack; ensure messaging survives technical review.
• Maintain security battlecards and competitive intelligence; update messaging and roadmap input.
• Lead customer/partner research; translate feedback into messaging and product input.
• Own security launches end-to-end with our launch framework; create templates and playbooks.
