Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own telematics and connected-vehicle data strategy. You will lead from data intake to product realization, building a new product line largely ground up.

You’ll partner with engineering, hardware teams, and data sources to create scalable, trusted data products for fleets. You will guide an end-to-end product vision, drive partnerships with OEMs and data providers, and shape the ecosystem of integrations around Fleetio’s platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for B2B SaaS
• Led ambiguous 0→1 bets with meaningful impact
• Experience with telematics, connected-vehicle, IoT data
• Experience building strategic partner or ecosystem relationships
• Turned technical products into scaled businesses
• Experience with hybrid PLG and SLG motions
• Strategic, analytical, data-informed in work
• Ambition to embody Fleetio’s values and ownership

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for telematics and connected-vehicle data end to end.
• Own Fleetio’s connected hardware strategy, including white-label and OEM device relationships.
• Build data partnerships that bring telematics, OEM, and connected-vehicle data from source to product.
• Lead 0→1 discovery and delivery of experiences this data unlocks.
• Grow Fleetio’s ecosystem of integrations with tools fleets use and data providers.
• Standardize data so it's trustworthy, comparable, and actionable everywhere.
• Build and own strategic partner relationships and represent product to partners.
• Turn complex real-world data into trustworthy, actionable intelligence across Fleetio.
• Partner with Design to create intuitive connected experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and CX on positioning, launches, and retention.
• Serve as ambassador for Fleetio’s product and team, rolling up sleeves.
