Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View, CA seeks a Principal Product Manager for SMB PLG to drive strategy and execution of the core accounting, finance, and operations portfolio.

You will lead the team across product, design, and eng to accelerate growth in international markets and scale platform-based solutions for small and medium businesses. The role emphasizes AI-native workflows, regional compliance, and rapid cross-functional delivery in a matrixed global organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management leadership in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Experience in international markets (CA/UK/AU or similar)
• Expertise in subscription/self-service models
• Experience leading Product, Development, and Design triads
• Commercial & P&L acumen with focus on LTV and CAC

Responsibilities

• Define 1–3 year roadmap for the PLG portfolio and align with product, design, and commercial teams.
• Own the International P&L and drive high-velocity PLG loops for acquisition, engagement, retention, and ecosystem attach-rate.
• Advocate PLG and influence broader organization beyond sales-led units.
• Bridge to Global Platform teams; architect international requirements as scalable platform primitives.
• Lead AI-enabled, agentic workflows to differentiate from local incumbents.
• Lead the Product Triad (PM, Eng, Design) and partner with Sales, Marketing and CS for GTM excellence.
