Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Experimentation and Digital Analytics to own and scale our platforms. You will drive the strategy, governance, and adoption across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams, enabling self-service, automated design, and fast, reliable insights.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, advocate data-driven decisions, and partner with data science and engineering to define measurement pipelines and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering) strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management with ownership of platform, tools, or data/analytics products.
• Experience building, scaling, or leading an experimentation program or platform.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of self-service tools and speeding decision-making.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GEICO's experimentation and digital analytics platforms.
• Drive adoption of experimentation and digital analytics tools across teams.
• Enable self-service and automate experiment design, instrumentation, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Define standards, guardrails, and governance for experimentation to ensure rigorous evidence.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and analytics to define architecture and measurement pipelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Conduct user research to identify friction points and opportunities to improve velocity and quality.
• Prioritize features based on feedback, impact, and feasibility; make trade-offs when needed.
• Drive development, manage backlog, and ensure timely releases of high-quality features.
• Define north-star metrics and monitor platform health and impact, iterating accordingly.
