Job summary

Remitly in Seattle is seeking a Principal Program Manager to own the operating rhythm of the Core Transfer Experience (CTX) organization. You will design and run the systems that align a distributed, multi-site product organization across Seattle, Vancouver, and Kraków.

You will lead leadership cadence, cross-squad programs, and executive communications, partnering with the GM, Recruiting, and Finance to scale processes and drive high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, business operations, product operations, or chief-of-staff-adjacent roles.
• Strong written communication and ability to draft in a leader's voice.
• Experience operating across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own CTX operating cadence end to end — leadership meetings, weekly check-ins, monthly demos, and reviews.
• Run the org's goal-setting and tracking across multiple squad leads.
• Lead cross-squad programs spanning multiple teams with no natural owner.
• Produce executive communications including the monthly CTX update to the CEO and senior leadership.
• Prepare the GM for executive forums with pre-reads and briefing materials.
• Partner with GM, Recruiting, and Finance on headcount planning and onboarding across three sites.
• Build scalable systems, templates, and documentation for process continuity.
• Identify bottlenecks in time/clarity and fix them proactively.
