Job summary

Remitly, Inc. is seeking a Principal Program Manager to own the CTX operating cadence across multiple sites, including Seattle, Vancouver, and Kraków. You will lead executive communications, goal tracking, and cross-team initiatives that align with company priorities.

You will partner with the GM, Recruiting, and Finance to manage headcount, onboarding, and performance across three sites while building scalable processes and templates for long-term impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, business operations, or chief-of-staff-adjacent roles.
• Experience driving outcomes across teams you do not manage due to credibility and relationships.
• Experience designing and running an organizational operating rhythm.
• Strong written communication; ability to draft perflect executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the CTX operating cadence end to end, including leadership meetings and demos.
• Run org's goal-setting and tracking with squad leads.
• Lead cross-squad programs spanning multiple teams from launch to org change initiatives.
• Produce executive communications and monthly updates for CEO and senior leadership.
• Prepare the GM for executive forums by triaging inbound and briefing materials.
• Coordinate with GM, Recruiting, and Finance on headcount planning and onboarding across sites.
• Build templates and documentation to scale processes across teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and fix them proactively.
