Job summary

Vantora is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a 0→1 enterprise SaaS product for the energy/industrial sector. You’ll partner with engineering, design, data science, and a corporate partner to translate ambitious concepts into scalable, market-ready solutions.

You will define the roadmap, set success metrics, run structured experiments, and ensure investor readiness for spin-out and scaling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for B2B SaaS with early-stage or 0→1 products.
• Ability to translate AI/ML capabilities into customer value propositions.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or manufacturing verticals is a plus.
• Strong discovery, experimentation, and lean development skills.
• Excellent communication with engineers, executives, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration.
• Turn business problems into product opportunities via user and data insights.
• Define hypotheses, run tests, prototype with engineers and data scientists.
• Prioritize high-impact problems aligned to venture goals.
• Shape roadmap and GTM plans with leadership and partners.
• Define success metrics (adoption, ROI, business value) and drive results.
• Coordinate with client and venture studio for milestones and spin-out prep.
