Job summary

Vantora is building an AI-native venture to transform the energy exploration sector. As Principal Product Manager, you will lead concept to launch, translating complex ML capabilities into practical customer value and scalable enterprise SaaS features.

You'll work with engineers, data scientists, design, and a corporate partner to iterate rapidly in a venture-studio environment, balancing ambiguity with clear outcomes and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ML/LLM based products.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
• Exposure to industrial, energy, or manufacturing domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Translate business problems into product opportunities using users, data, and expert insights.
• Define and validate hypotheses via experiments, prototyping, and collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
• Prioritize ruthlessly to focus on high-impact problems aligned to venture goals.
• Shape the roadmap and GTM plans with leadership across functions.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption, ROI, and business value.
