HighLevel is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the long-term product strategy for its intelligence and assistance platform, Ask AI, and Knowledge Bases. You will define architecture, quality systems, developer models, governance, metrics, and commercial strategy to make Ask AI the default experience across HighLevel.

This senior IC role intersects AI assistants, enterprise knowledge, retrieval systems, and multi-tenant platform design.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience owning complex B2B SaaS, AI-assisted platforms, or knowledge-management products.
• Experience defining strategy across multiple squads and delivering durable customer and business outcomes.
• Strong judgment on AI evaluation, retrieval quality, and production reliability.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and platform architecture for HighLevel Knowledge Bases and Ask AI.
• Own the complete Ask AI experience including chat, voice, memory, templates, artefacts, and tool invocation across multi-tenant SaaS.
• Guide knowledge-base ingestion, extraction, embedding, indexing, and retrieval workflows with strong emphasis on accuracy and freshness.
• Establish platform contracts, permissions, and governance for safe, scalable AI actions and agent orchestration.
