Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the long-term strategy for the Ask AI and Knowledge Bases platform, leading architecture, governance, and commercial decisions across a multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem.

You will influence AI orchestration, memory, embeddings, tool invocation, and cross-functional partnerships with AI, engineering, design, and security teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful enterprise features for agencies and SMBs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience owning complex B2B SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI assistants, enterprise search, or knowledge management.
• Proven ability to define strategy across multi-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and platform architecture for HighLevel Knowledge Bases and Ask AI.
• Own the complete Ask AI experience including chat, memory, templates, artefacts, tools, and permissions.
• Own the Knowledge Base platform across ingestion, parsing, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, and observability.
• Establish product principles for how Ask AI answers, retrieves knowledge, plans, tools, and actions; ensure safe, auditable outcomes.
