Job summary

BlackCloak is seeking a Principal Product Manager - AI & Innovation to rapidly design, build, and prototype new product capabilities from the ground up. You will be a hands-on builder and a strategic leader, taking concepts from the idea stage to functional prototypes and shaping our roadmap into tangible, high-impact features that protect our members.

This role reports directly to the Head of AI. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with leadership to vet ideas, assess

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management shipping complex software.
• Strong product-minded leadership and strategic partnership with engineering.
• Deep technical literacy across cloud, mobile/desktop, networking.
• Prototyping and validation of concepts to production.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specs.
• AI/Generative AI productization experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape new opportunities with emerging technologies and differentiators.
• Lead rapid prototyping from concept to functional prototype with clear success criteria.
• Vet ideas with CSOC leadership, Engineering and Director of Product Innovation for feasibility.
• Evaluate technologies and third‑party services to create strategic advantages.
• Own concepts from research to business case and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with platform, mobile, and security teams to integrate prototypes.
