UKG is seeking a Principal Product Manager in the United States (New Jersey) to transform Sales Territory Management into a data-driven, automated, Agentic-AI-first capability. You will own vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery, partnering with Architecture, Data, and Engineering to connect systems like Salesforce and Clari.

You will lead discovery with executives, define MVP scope, and establish metrics to improve territory effectiveness, capacity planning, and forecast quality.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Deep expertise in Sales Territory Management, planning, forecasting and revenue ops.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Clari, and FP&A concepts.
• Proven ability to lead executives and translate complex problems into roadmaps.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation sales territory management.
• Reimagine the end-to-end territory planning process to enable automation and intelligence.
• Unify territory planning with forecasting, FP&A, pipeline, revenue targets and insights.
• Design an Agentic-AI-first operating model with data-driven decision support.
• Partner with Architecture, Data, and Engineering to build scalable data models, APIs, and integrations with Salesforce and Clari.
• Define requirements for a cohesive planning ecosystem across Salesforce and Clari.
• Introduce best practices in sales operations, territory management, forecasting, and capacity modeling.
• Lead discovery sessions, user interviews, and workshops to capture insights.
• Define MVP scope, iterate, and measure results to improve planning efficiency and velocity.
• Establish success metrics around territory effectiveness and sales productivity.
• Communicate strategy and outcomes to executives and stakeholders; drive cross-team alignment.
• Champion a data-first, outcome-driven approach to enterprise product delivery.
