Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a seasoned Director of Product Marketing for Platform to own the go-to-market strategy across governance, security, compute and related capabilities. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Field teams to drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption of Snowflake's data and AI platform.

You will lead an established PMM team, shaping messaging, competitive strategy, and GTM programs.

Qualifications

12+ years in product marketing with leadership experience.
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and AI platforms.
Proven ability to develop narratives resonating with technical evaluators and executives.
Track record of GTM programs influencing pipeline and revenue.
Executive presence for C-suite audiences and large field orgs.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at Director level and above.
Analytical mindset to use data to guide strategy and measure impact.
BS/BA required; MBA preferred; willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Own the platform GTM strategy across governance, security, compute and more.
Partner with PM, Engineering, Sales and Field to drive awareness, pipeline and adoption.
Lead messaging, positioning, competitiveness for Snowflake's platform.
Enable the field with training, battle cards, and ROI materials.
Track KPIs for GTM programs and optimize messaging effectiveness.
Recruit, develop and retain PMM talent; set expectations and feedback.
