Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years leading complex, cross‑functional transformation programs in large organizations.
• Ability to influence across organizations and levels with ambiguity and without formal authority.
• Experience designing enterprise governance, delivery mechanisms, and operating models.
• Strong strategic communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive presence.
• Technical fluency across modern tech environments including APIs, data flows, and platform modernization.
• Experience applying data, analytics, and AI to improve program visibility and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation programs and portfolios across products, platforms, functions, and regions from problem definition to sustained adoption and value realization.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and secure sponsorship for change.
• Establish governance, roadmaps, and measurement systems for clear, accountable execution across tech and business teams.
• Shape culture-change strategies to build AI fluency and new ways of working while activating leaders and communities.
• Define outcome-oriented metrics and narratives to guide prioritization and decision-making.
• Build and scale repeatable transformation playbooks, operating models, tooling, and patterns.
• Bring technical fluency to engage in system, data, and integration discussions without owning engineering design.
• Coach leaders to raise transformation craft and establish communities of practice.
