Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management & Planning to translate strategic CTO direction into scalable execution. You will lead a cross-functional TPM organization, shaping annual and quarterly roadmaps with Engineering and Product while aligning investment and capacity.

This role drives AI-native TPM practices and data-informed decision making across the portfolio. As a senior leader, you will partner with Analytics, Architecture, and Product to ensure predictable

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, with 4+ years leading TPM teams.
• Experience running annual and quarterly planning across multiple engineering groups.
• Ability to influence engineering and product leadership and shape the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CTO-aligned Technical Program Management team.
• Define intake, triage, and handoff criteria for complex initiatives.
• Architect planning cadences for annual and quarterly cycles with Product and Engineering.
• Drive AI-native TPM practices and integrate AI/ML into TPM workflows.
