Expedia Group is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead enterprise transformation programs across products, platforms, and regions. You will partner with senior leaders to align priorities, secure sponsorship, and drive sustained adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

You will establish governance, roadmaps, and measurement systems to deliver clear execution across technology and business units, while shaping culture-change strategies and scalable practices that drive real business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation in large organizations.
• Ability to influence across organizations and levels without relying on formal authority.
• Experience creating enterprise governance, delivery mechanisms, and operating models.
• Strong strategic communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive presence.
• Technical aptitude across modern technology environments including APIs, data flows, and platform modernization.
• Experience applying data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve visibility and decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, multi-year transformation programs and portfolios across products, platforms, functions, and regions from problem definition through adoption and value realization.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and secure sponsorship for enterprise change.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, roadmaps, decision forums, and measurement systems for clear, accountable execution across tech and business units.
• Shape culture-change strategies to build AI fluency, psychological safety, responsible experimentation, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Define outcome-oriented metrics and evidence-based narratives to show progress in capability, adoption, and business impact.
• Scale reusable transformation playbooks, operating models, tooling, and patterns including responsible AI-enabled workflows.
• Engage in system, API, data, platform, integration, reliability, and operational-readiness discussions with technical teams.
