Job summary

Amazon Music is seeking a Principal PM‑T to own Agent Experience and Music Intelligence across mobile, web, Fire TV, Echo, wearables, and third‑party integrations. You will define the strategic vision across endpoints, unite customer journeys, and shape the intelligence powering experiences with partners across Amazon's AI surfaces.

You will interact with Directors and VPs, lead strategy narratives, and influence multi‑year investments while translating complex landscapes into executable plans

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 4+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience technical product management.
• Experience building cross‑functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship.
• Experience writing strategy documents for executive audiences with clear recommendations in the midst of ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Cross‑Platform Product Strategy: Own the strategic vision for how Amazon Music's experience evolves across devices and endpoints.
• AI & Intelligence Strategy: Define how Amazon Music's intelligence layer creates value across AI surfaces; partner to enable contextual, proactive, personalized experiences at scale.
• Strategic Leadership & Influence: Act as a thought partner to senior leaders; author vision documents and strategy narratives for multi‑year investments.
• Experience Unification: Close gaps in customer journeys across surfaces to ensure cohesive, platform‑level progress.
• Innovation & Emerging Technology: Shape opportunities from generative AI and multimodal interfaces into customer‑facing strategies with business cases.
• Goal Setting & Measurement: Define metrics linking platform investments to customer outcomes, engagement and growth.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management: Align multiple teams and own tradeoffs to preserve execution velocity.
