Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in San Diego, CA, seeks a Principal Product Manager for Agent Studio to lead AI-native product initiatives and shape the strategy for accountants and finance professionals in an evolving AI-first ecosystem.

You will translate accounting workflows into scalable software, partnering with engineering, AI scientists, design, and Intuit’s partner network to deliver impactful, trusted solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or equivalent, with accounting/finance exposure.
• Deep understanding of accounting close processes, reconciliations, GL and audits.
• Proven track record delivering AI-native/workflow automation in regulated domains.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating between practitioners and executives.
• Familiarity with AI/agentic tech and Intuit Enterprise Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs and success metrics.
• Translate accounting domain knowledge into product requirements for engineering.
• Direct research and customer engagement to validate hypotheses.
• Think big and dive deep to ensure high-quality UX.
• Earn buy-in from stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
