Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product management in auctions or monetization platforms.
• Strong understanding of auction theory (VCG, GSP) and optimization.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis languages (Python, R).
• Statistical rigor, experimental design (A/B testing) and causal inference.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred in a quantitative field.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive roadmap for ads auction, bidding, pricing, and pacing.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to optimize auction systems.
• Define metrics framework for auction health, efficiency and impact.
• Conduct large-scale data analyses to inform product decisions.
• Lead end-to-end product development for auction features.
• Cross-functional leadership across teams and stakeholders.
• Influence revenue by improving core ad marketplace efficiency.
