Job summary

Infobip ltd. is seeking a Platform Operations Principal, the highest-level technical expert within Platform Operations, responsible for driving platform reliability, service integrity, and customer experience at scale.

The role combines hands-on mastery with cross-functional influence and strategic direction. You will mentor senior engineers, translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable operational solutions, and collaborate with product, architecture, and partner teams

Qualifications

Mentor senior engineers and guide cross-functional teams.
Define the long-term technical roadmap for the operational specialty area.
Monitor usage patterns, traffic behavior, and reliability signals.
Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Compliance, Sales and Engineering.
