Job summary
NASCO is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and ongoing evolution of our healthcare SaaS platform. You will guide architectural decisions, hands-on coding, and scaling of AWS infrastructure and agentic AI systems.
You will mentor teams, drive autonomous AI integrations, and collaborate with executives to align technical solutions with business goals. A remote-first model with strong engineering governance enables scalable, secure delivery.
Qualifications
- Expert in cloud and DevOps with AWS and IaC.
- Proven track record deploying Agentic AI in production.
- Strong architectural and leadership skills.
- Experience with SDLC governance and Agile practices.
- Full-stack capabilities across UI, middle tier, and backend.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of software systems with architecture and product approvals.
- Drive autonomous AI agent integrations and LLM workflows.
- Build production-grade CI/CD pipelines and IaC automation.
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Define project scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and security.
