Responsible for technology leadership, architecture, and scalable cloud deployments across global teams. The role emphasizes generative AI platforms, containerized architectures, and orchestration, with a focus on delivering high-value, compliant solutions in a fast-paced R&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with several years of industry experience.
• Experience leading technology platforms, programs and projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++ or related languages.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Hands-on GraphQL API implementation and data visualization experience.
• Familiarity with container ecosystems and HPC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set technology strategy and roadmaps for AI native drug discovery platforms.
• Lead deployments and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Architect and implement scalable cloud-based solutions for computational drug discovery.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive performance improvements.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends and responsible AI practices.
