Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Global AI Forward Deployed Programs in Raritan, NJ. This global leadership role embeds with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to build and ship production AI solutions across regions.

You will define AI use cases, establish technical standards, and drive adoption from pilots to scaled products while ensuring regulatory, privacy, and MLR compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 7+ years in software/ML/AI roles.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Experience building FDE capability from scratch.
• Experience shipping production LLM apps and AI agents.
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define AI use cases and success criteria for engagements.
• Monitor financial impact metrics like token costs and ROI.
• Review architectures, designs, eval results; ensure production readiness.
• Lead discovery sessions, prototype solutions, and debug with teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and MLR standards.
• Drive adoption and transition pilots to sustained use.
