Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Engineer focused on PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineering to join its Manufacturing and Operations group in the United States. You will develop and deploy ICT, MDA, and Boundary Scan test solutions for complex PCBAs, coordinating with Design, Operations, and external partners to bring hardware from design to high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 7+ years in test development, product engineering or supplier quality engineering.
• 5+ years of direct PCBA ICT experience and familiarity with ICT, Boundary Scan, MDA.
• Experience with CAD tools to review PCB/PCBA designs for test access and clearances.
• Experience working with external manufacturing partners on PCBA test.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, qualify, and optimize ICT, MDA, and Boundary Scan test programs across platforms (Agilent, Teradyne, TRI).
• Define requirements and review test fixture hardware designs for performance, quality, manufacturability, cost.
• Lead DFT reviews and maximize test coverage; drive test program and fixture development.
• Analyze PCBA test failures to identify defects and quality issues.
• Establish test strategies and ensure alignment with AOI/AXI inspection and downstream tests.
• Direct and manage external partners through test hardware/software development for volume production.
• Drive NPI readiness with qualified fixtures and processes; support production ramp.
