Job summary

Oracle seeks a Principal Supply Chain Engineer specializing in PCBA test engineering to develop, qualify, and deploy ICT, MDA, and BST solutions for complex PCBAs. You will work with Design Engineering, Operations, external partners, and test suppliers worldwide to bring hardware from design through qualification and high-volume production, improving test coverage and throughput.

This role combines deep technical expertise with broad ownership across DFT, test program and fixture development,

Oracle is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Engineer specializing in PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineering to join our Manufacturing and Operations organization. In this highly technical role, you will develop, qualify, and deploy In-Circuit Test (ICT), Manufacturing Defect Analyzer (MDA), and Boundary Scan Test (BST) solutions for complex Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).

As a member of the PCBA Advanced Process Technology Team, you will work directly with Design Engineering, Operations Engineering, external manufacturing partners, and test suppliers worldwide. You will help bring new hardware products from design through manufacturing qualification and high-volume production while improving test coverage, yield, quality, efficiency, and throughput throughout the product lifecycle.

This is an opportunity for an experienced PCBA test engineer to combine deep technical expertise with broad ownership across DFT, test program and fixture development, supplier qualification, NPI, and production test optimization.
