Oracle is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Engineer in Austin, TX to lead PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineering. You will develop ICT, MDA, and Boundary Scan test solutions, collaborating with Design and Operations teams and external partners to move hardware from design to high-volume production.

The role emphasizes test program and fixture development, yield improvement, and supplier qualification, with wide exposure to Agilent, Teradyne, and TRI equipment and CAM tools in a fast-paced hardware

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of ICT experience with PCBAs and DFT
• Experience with ICT, Boundary Scan, and MDA and test environments
• Knowledge of test equipment from Agilent, Teradyne, and TRI

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, qualify, and optimize ICT, MDA, and Boundary Scan tests across platforms.
• Review and specify test fixture requirements for performance and cost.
• Define maintenance requirements for production test fixtures.
• Participate in DFT reviews to maximize test coverage.
• Analyze PCBA test failures to identify defects and root causes.
• Establish PCBA test strategies aligned with upstream/downstream testing.
• Direct external partners through test hardware/software qualification for production.
