Job summary

AgreeYa Solutions is seeking a Principal .NET Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and evolution of our Banking-as-a-Service platform, focusing on partner onboarding and embedded finance initiatives.

You will guide cloud-native architecture, AI-enabled applications, and scalable, secure services; mentor teams and drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and observability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership or principal role.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and SQL.
• Strong experience building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, including: Azure App Services, APIM, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Service Bus, and Event Hubs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices for BaaS onboarding and partner integrations.
• Lead architectural discussions and set technical direction for cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
