Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking capable, talented, and motivated team contributors at our Rolling Meadows, IL site. You will design, test, and validate custom algorithms and models for EOIR/RFEW systems, and collaborate with engineers, physicists, and domain experts to deliver real‑world solutions.

Applicants should have a STEM BS or higher, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C/C++ and strong technical writing are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or STEM with 5+ years of related experience, MS with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience developing custom algorithms and/or performance models.
• Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++.
• US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
