Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Modeling Simulation and Analysis Systems Engineer to advance performance modeling, simulation, and analysis for radar systems. The role emphasizes credible modeling, software integration, and mission studies across multiple domains, with on-site work in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or closely related field with applicable experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with modeling, simulation, experimentation, and analysis using analytical tools (MATLAB, STK) and programming (Python, C/C++).

Responsibilities

• Accelerate delivery of capabilities through performance engineering, software integration, and mission studies.
• Assess, validate, and optimize system and mission performance across radar systems.
• Perform large-scale data analytics and design of experiments to evaluate performance.
• Develop and improve performance models, simulation frameworks, and analysis tools.
• Prepare technical material for reviews and customer briefings.
