Qualifications

• 6+ years building production React Native applications.
• Experience with large-scale consumer mobile apps.
• Experience in mature engineering orgs with CI/CD and release management.
• Expert knowledge of RN architecture and performance optimization.
• Strong TypeScript and Swift skills; Kotlin for Android.
• Experience upgrading RN versions and managing native packages.
• Experience with Redux/React Query and state management.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and maintenance of high-performance React Native apps.
• Lead RN upgrades, dependency updates, and framework migrations.
• Improve architecture, performance, reliability, and DX.
• Collaborate in cross-functional pods with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards.
• Ensure automated testing, CI/CD, and quality gates.
• Debug native iOS/Android issues and bridge failures.
