Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years related experience; or master's degree with 3 years
• US citizen and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
• Requires 2 years demonstrated experience working with external customer to meet program expectations
• Experience performing CAD modeling with Siemens NX or similar
• Experience in Systems Engineering/Life Cycle Design, GD&T, and manufacturing
• MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mechanical systems, equipment, and infrastructure to support government missions and operations
• Apply mechanical engineering principles to design and modify systems, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform mechanical analysis, simulations, and testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, aerospace)
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including drawings, reports, and test plans; provide guidance to junior engineers
