Qualifications

• Supervise and evaluate school personnel and monitor performance.
• Define the school's mission and communicate goals of the program.
• Provide instructional leadership for curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Coordinate school operations to support a culture focused on rigor.
• Lead continuous school improvement and develop the SIP.
