Job summary

Responsibilities

• Acts on behalf of the principal in the principal's absence.
• Assist in defining the school mission and communicating goals.
• Develops knowledge of policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist in monitoring and improving student achievement through data analysis.
• Supervise and evaluate school-based staff.
• Support continuous school improvement and SIP alignment.
• Contributes to safety plans and crisis management implementation.
• Coordinate and supervise student activities and records.
