Qualifications

• Professional degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA)
• At least fifteen years’ experience in landscape architecture
• Licensed Landscape Architect
• Portfolio showing strong design and technical skills across diverse projects
• Proven leadership managing teams and delivering projects on time and budget
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead complex landscape projects from concept through construction
• Set design direction and mentor junior and mid-level staff
• Act as a primary client contact and build relationships
• Collaborate with architects, planners, urban designers, and engineers
• Manage regulatory processes, technical documentation, and construction administration
