We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Principal Account Manager to support and grow strategic client partnerships across the Life Sciences sector. This is a 180 role focused exclusively on client management, account growth, and delivery coordination, working closely with recruitment consultants to provide exceptional staffing solutions across biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and CRO organizations.
The Principal Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and HR stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of client hiring needs, workforce planning initiatives, and business objectives. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities within client organizations, coordinating recruitment activity, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and driving revenue growth through contract, permanent, and project-based staffing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing long-term client partnerships while supporting the growth of innovative Life Sciences organizations.
