Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Principal Software Engineer to shape the architecture of our enterprise SaaS platform. You’ll stay hands-on while guiding the technical direction, reviewing designs, and mentoring engineers across teams.

You will collaborate with product leaders, senior engineers, and cross‑functional units to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable systems, balancing long-term vision with pragmatic delivery and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience building complex, scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on development and architectural leadership across teams.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and event-driven design.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide platform architecture evolution for scalability, reliability, security.
• Lead technical design reviews, set engineering standards, mentor engineers across teams.
• Collaborate with product leaders and cross-functional units to deliver modernization with customer continuity.
• Translate technical direction into concrete delivery across multiple engineering groups.
