Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Implementation Manager, Connectivity to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead customer onboarding and implementation efforts for connectivity solutions, with a strong focus on technical enablement, process improvement, and a polished customer experience. You will partner closely with internal technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to guide implementation planning, resolve issues, and improve ordering workflows. The position also includes mentoring team members and helping shape training that strengthens execution across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,700 - $208,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct white-glove technical onboarding sessions with customers
• Support connectivity consultations in collaboration with internal technical teams
• Provide recommendations to improve ordering processes
• Participate in team meetings, deep dives, and trainings
• Mentor junior team members and help develop training programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related work experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related area
• 7-10 years of experience in telecommunications, project management, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Mastery of 5G wireless networks and IoT
• Experience in implementation management and technical presentations
