Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Principal Information Security Engineer specializing in Identity Security Engineering. The role will drive strategic identity security initiatives, global IdP services, and privileged access management controls across on‑premises, cloud, and SaaS platforms.

A highly collaborative engineer is required to operate at strategic and tactical levels in a large environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical cybersecurity experience with at least 7 years in identity security
• Proven experience maturing identity security programs across enterprise environments
• Experience enabling identity security across M365, cloud services, and on‑premises
• Experience implementing and managing privileged access management (CyberArk preferred) and IdP (Okta preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal on implementing secure identity practices in enterprise architectures.
• Lead delivery of zero trust strategy for users and third parties.
• Design privileged access management controls for privileged accounts.
• Own and advance the enterprise Privileged Access Management tool (CyberArk preferred).
• Collaborate with application teams to implement CIAM best practices in online products.
