Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Identity Security Engineer to lead enterprise identity initiatives across on‑prem, cloud, and SaaS platforms. You will own the enterprise Privileged Access Management program and collaborate with AD teams to enforce standards while enabling secure CIAM across JLL’s online products.

The role requires strong strategic and hands‑on capabilities in a large, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical cybersecurity experience with focus on identity security.
• Experience maturing identity security programs across enterprise tech environments.
• Proven work with IdP, PAM, and CIAM across cloud and on-premises ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering principal on implementing secure identity practices in architecture.
• Modify identity security policy and guidance for users, on-prem, cloud, and SaaS.
• Collaborate with Active Directory and authentication teams for policy alignment.
• Lead delivery of zero trust strategy for users and third parties.
• Design PAM controls to minimize abuse while enabling detection and response.
• Own and advance the enterprise PAM tool (CyberArk preferred).
• Act as SME for secure identity service design and policy enforcement.
• Work with app teams to implement CIAM best practices in online products.
