Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to lead human factors litigation projects in the U.S.

You will oversee field investigations, data collection, and technical research while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and communicating findings to clients. The role requires a PhD in a related field and 5+ years of litigation experience, with the ability to prepare reports and testify in depositions or trials.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a relevant field as listed; credentialed candidates preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience in human factors litigation consulting, including inspections, reports, and depositions/trials.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a legal consulting practice.
• Complete site inspections for cases and projects.
• Meet with colleagues, clients, and other professionals to discuss cases.
• Prepare expert reports and affidavits for litigation.
• Organize, store, and retrieve case files and exhibits.
• Provide deposition and trial testimony.
• Track billable hours by case for client reporting.
