Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to support the Robotics organization. This role operates at the intersection of people strategy and one of Amazon’s most ambitious tech teams.

You will set the people and organizational strategy across large, multi-dimensional groups. The position is strategic and hands-on: diagnose health, design scalable talent solutions, lead enterprise change, and scale best practices across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of HR management experience.
• Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for organizational design across complex organizations.
• Design and implement scalable org structures aligned to business strategy.
• Coach and advise leadership teams, strengthening culture.
• Assess senior talent needs; build capabilities via hiring and development.
• Lead enterprise-scale change initiatives across geographies.
• Use data to identify risks and translate insights into change plans.
• Own long-term workforce planning aligned to cost and location strategy.
• Create talent goals with the Senior Leadership team and embed inclusive practices.
• Anticipate talent trends; partner with central teams on capability gaps.
• Communicate clearly and decompose complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Create scalable mechanisms and educate others on best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
