Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in hardware testing, preferably in robotics, medical devices, or aerospace.
• Experience leading hardware validation programs and test infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own comprehensive test strategy for electrical components, PCBAs, and mechanical sub-assemblies.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test equipment and fixtures.
• Lead functional, environmental, and stress testing and root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with R&D to drive design improvements and validate corrective actions.
• Lead regulatory certification efforts (Safety and IP) and document results.
