Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in hardware testing, ideally robotics/medical/aerospace.
• Ability to design test plans, fixtures, and validation protocols.
• Experience with hardware certifications and external labs.

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy and validation approach for next-gen robotic systems.
• Design, build, and maintain custom automated test equipment and fixtures.
• Lead functional, environmental, and stress testing; perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to drive design improvements and certification compliance.
• Prepare detailed test reports and certification documentation.
