Qualifications

• 15+ years of hardware engineering experience with senior technical leadership.
• Experience designing high‑speed communications hardware (PCIe, Ethernet).
• Deep understanding of mixed‑signal systems, signal integrity and timing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of high‑speed hardware products.
• Own hardware lifecycle from concept to release and qualification testing.
• Define hardware architecture for mixed‑signal systems and guide cross‑functional teams.
