Qualifications

• 15+ years of hardware engineering experience with multiple product cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of high-speed hardware products (PCIe, Ethernet).
• Own hardware lifecycle from concept to release.
• Define architecture for mixed-signal systems (analog/digital).
• Provide technical leadership and influence cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in design methodologies.
• Drive EMI/EMC design activities and compliance.
• Oversee qualification testing to ensure performance and reliability.
• Ensure signal, power integrity and manufacturability of designs.
